iBooks looks just like Classics

Was it just me or does the new iBooks application for the iPad look just like the free app called Classics? If I were the developers of that app, I'd want some credit...

Well, how many ways can you really replicate a bookshelf? You can place the books with the spine facing the front, or with the cover facing the front. What exactly is to protect (or patent) about that?

And both look the same as Borders.com's "magic shelf." Jaro65 has it right.
