I have a DRM-free epub book that I downloaded to iBooks on my iPad. I can't seem to find I way to move the file to my iPhone.
Any ideas?
EDIT: To be clear, I did not download this from Apple. I downloaded via the web.
You can sync via iTunes, by choosing for iTunes to sync the book to the device under settings.
Or you can just email it to yourself.
What happens when you sync with iTunes?
Synching with iTunes isn't an option I want to explore.
How did you get it onto the iPad? Can't you use the same way to get it onto the iPhone?
I downloaded the epub file from Safari. Ios then prompted me, asking where I wanted to store the file. I chose iBooks.
Why don't you just do the same on the iPhone?
Fair question. I suppose I could, but I've lost the link and it is not the type of thing one could just Google.
Additionally, it seems ridiculous that I can't move a file out of iBooks without synching to iTunes. So, in that respect, it is more of an intellectual exercise.
