Personally, I prefer Kindle as I can read my books anywhere (except the ones I purchased from Google Play that have DRM on them ) and because it's easier to use for me. However, I do think iBook looks way better than Kindle

I prefer Kindle also. I can read them anywhere and not tied down to iOS devices.

Kindle, hands down as I have iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Not to mention the huge selection of ebooks available. I rarely even open the iBooks app on my Air 2. I will admit that iBooks has some slick multimedia capabilities but the vast majority of my books don't need them.

I've read a couple books on both platforms but ultimately I prefer the Kindle ecosystem because I have the Kindle device as well.
