Hello,
When I click "replace calendar on iPhone with calendar on Mac" in the info, advanced section in the iTunes. I get three null@p58-caldav.icloud.com calendars, and this causes calendar entries on my iPhone to be duplicate.
I have an iPhone 6S plus running iOS 10.2
How can I get rid of these calendars? Or fix them?

I attached pictures. Please help.

It looks like maybe you manually added some CalDAV calendars. If you go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts... what do you see there?
