iCal Appointment times shift

I am having a terrible time trying to use the web publish and invite features of iCal...whenever I publish to .Mac or send an invitation, iCal advances the time of my appointments by four hours. I thought this was some kind of time zone issue, however my Mac is properly set to US/Eastern, and when viewing the web version on .Mac, the page says that the calendar is US/Eastern.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

i would suggest just going thru options until you figure out what may be happening.
