Randomly and out of nowhere as usual with Apple, they must have changed something on their OCSP end or something that starting from last night the iCal gives error when trying to sync with GMAIL.. worked the next day for almost entire day, then started giving error again randomly in afternoon..

I deleted the cache files from the library folder and all of the usual troubleshooting stuff..

The reason I know 100% it is iCal related is because I installed Thunderbird and set up the calendar for the same account there to test and voila, works perfectly fine, syncs back and forth between account and computer.

The console logs shows "token mismatch" and "store identifier mismatch" errors... every time I try to refresh the calendars on iCal the CalendarAgent and suggestd give those errors.. and iCal shows that "try again" error message..

Below are some screenshots of the issue.. spending hours trying to literally fix something that is probably on Apple's end is beyond annoying..

If anyone has any idea how to fix this ridiculous issue pls post it.

Is everything OK with the date/time/timezone preferences? Check if everything's set to automatic sync with apple's servers.

Yes everything is fine with the time settings and NTP server, etc.. just an fyi, I am a network admin and been administering mac OS systems for over 12 years, if you look at the DownDetector post you can see others complaining about the same thing and in there I explain the same I explained here about other apps on the same machine being able to sync while apple's calendar doesn't, the problem with apple's calendar app goes in and out by itself automatically without making any changes to the computer or rebooting, that is to say for many hours the app is able to properly sync the google calendars and then for many hours it isn't.
