iCal not syncing with MM calendar

I noticed this started happening yesterday. When I add an event to iCal, I get the spinning gearbox in iCal, but MM calendar does not update. I get this box as well:

Syncing 3-Macs, iPad & iPhone. Got it once. Re-starting iCal fixed it...
