Can anyone help me understand why the time for all of my events on my iPhone calendar appear to be one hour early compared to what I type into iCal on my mac? For example, I type in iCal on my mac that I'm going to run from 10am until 10:30am. When I sync with my phone it appears as 9am until 9:30. I've looked at the time settings on both the phone and computer and everything seems to be correct. Can anyone offer some help...?

Had the same problem last summer...

Right after I got the 3G, my husband and I experienced the same thing on both our phones (his is 1st gen). It was so long ago that it's hard to remember. I do remember that on my phone the issue was with recurring appointments. I called iPhone support and made them help me even though they said it was a MobileMe issue and of course there's no phone support for MobileMe.

They had me do all the expected stuff... reset the sync data, re-register the computers and devices that sync. As I recall, non of that fixed anything.

Here's my case id# for the issue: 101077900 Maybe you could tell them your friend, Linda had the same issue and use that case id to look for the solution.

If I remember anything else, I'll let you know. Sorry.

The good news is that it was resolved and it all has worked perfectly shortly thereafter.

you can try to see if the Day time saving is on in settings -- mail, contact, cal. --- timezone.

That's what it was! Duh...

I'm thinking it has to be something with either your time zone or daylight savings settings.

All the time settings have to be constant... your Mac, iCal settings and the MobileMe time settings. That just might be it.
