ICal, Palm Desktop and PDA

Just got a Palm T2 (bluetooth!) and am wondering if there is an agreement with those using a PDA with their Apple if the Palm Desktop or Ical is a better program...

If it is ICal, how do you transfer that info back and forth via ICal and the PDA, and even more specifically how you sync those via Bluetooth.

Is there a standard setup that everyone is using?
