iCal problem

Just started iCloud. Took a look at iCal in iCloud and found the appointment times were wrong. Closed iCloud and opened iCal to find that all appointments and events are now duplicated. How can I correct this problem?

So, they are not duplicated on iCloud.com, just iCal? If that's the case, you may have a local copy of you calendar + the cloud calendar. If you click the Calendars button in the top-left of iCal, and uncheck everything under "ON MY MAC", does it take care of the duplicates?
