ical: send updates to added or deleted invitees

Hi,

I an using the Apple Calendar program with El Capitan.

One of the really annoying things about it is when you add or remove someone on a meeting it resends the invite to everyone on the meeting rather than just the added or removed attendees. According to Apple Support, incredibly, this is intended behavior. Does anyone know of:

1. a way around this? Any plug in out there that will fix this?

2. If this is fixed in Sierra?

I have Fantastical 2 and am looking into whether it behaves the same way.
