For some reason, every time I add a new event to iCal recently, it syncs to my iPhone an hour earlier than the time I put in my iCal. So...for instance, I put in my iCal on my computer that I had to work at 10, but when it syncs to my iPhone, it says I have to work at 9. Anyone know why this would be?

Check your timezone? Or DST issue (un-updated computer).
