I've synced all my calendars (there were several). But all the times are offset by +7 hours! Anyone else have this problem? Hmm... oddly, isn't that the GMT difference to California?

Is your iCal timezone set correctly? You should see it in the upper right corner of the main window.

I had timezone support set to off, but turning it on didn't make a difference.

HOWEVER, the timezone on the iPhone was not set (what kind of sync is that? :D ). Once that was set, the times are correct. So as I suspected, it was defaulting to GMT.

Chicago, IL.
I had this same issue and was like, what the... Did a little searching and figured it out. Apple really needs to think hard how they want people to be introduced when they first get their iPhone. They give any setup instructions what so ever, know what other company on this planet does that.
