iChat and AIM problem

I use iChat most of the time, but whenever I use AIM, it displays my name with "Playing Spearhead" under is on an iChat buddy list, and people think I am away, what do I do to stop this? AOL didn't help me and Apple didn't know either. I can't use AIM anymore

I've noticed that as well. When my girlfriend upgraded to Panther from 10.1, she went from using AIM to iChat and now her name is stuck with a permanent away message of the last time she used one with AIM. I am not sure what is up with that either, it must be a bug with iChat.

Try logging into iChat and putting an away message up then taking it off and then logging into AIM and doing the same, perhaps it just needs to be "cleared" somehow of the away message.
