iChat sending and receiving issue?

I hope that maybe someone could share some light about a problem with sending files using iChat. A sent file will usually hang at some point nearly every time. It happens to anybody you send to, we have tried using different Macs and different AIM names but it still happens. We have reset the router without luck.

Any ideas?
