iPhone iCleaner broke notes and podcasts

I have a 16gb 6+, I regret getting the 16gb but it is what it is. I've jailbroken on 9.3.3 and since I use Kodi quite a lot I wanted to install that. But Kodi installs on the system partition, which for a 16gb iPhone is tiny. I used icleaner pro to remove stuff that I thought i'd never need, like languages. Now whenever I go to open the notes or the podcasts apps they crash straight back out to the springboard. I use both these apps often so if I cant get this resolved i'll be losing my jailbreak I must have removed something that I shouldn't have but I don't know what it is. I have installed crashreporter and that is says no suspects. I have removed all of my tweaks one by one and then re-added them one by one but that hasn't helped.

Does anyone know of anyway of resolving this? I am going to try cydiaeraser and if that doesn't work I'll probably install the iOS10 beta.


EDIT: looks like iOS 9.3.3 is still being signed to my surprised, restoring to it now!

I have a 16gb and I also deleted languages but my notes works fine. Make sure to not delete English (it should be off by default) and also not to delete Japanese language as it messes up emojis. Other than that my phone works fine.
