Just wanted to know. I downloaded iCleaner pro.

Can I check "Cydia sources" and "Unused dependencies" without it affecting my iPhone?

"Cydia sources" will remove the sources, not sure if ALL of them or only the not stock ones.

"Unused dependencies" I keep enabled all the time, I always use it.

I opt to keep Cydia Sources off and Unused dependencies on and have had no issues whatsoever.
