Well it's of course a matter of personal taste, but I've always found clear plastic cases to be cheap looking, so I would say the Nu form.

My 2nd Gen. Ipod has had a clear case on it since time began and it's done well. I think I'll buy teh iclear for my 2nd Gen. Touch.

I used to like the clear cases. But over time from putting in my pocket or bag, all the lint / dust would collects between the clear case and iPod making it look like crap. The cases I had were a pain to remove to clean it too so I rarely did so.

Yes, apart from avid wine tasters addicted to the smell I cork, I find it hard to imagine that there is any market for this. It reminds me of those horrible cork tiles that people used to have in their bathrooms.
