I bought an iphone 6s plus. It had icloud activation lock asked the person from whom I bought he said can't remember the Apple ID and password n plus he is new on using iOS system please helllllppp.
The imei is 353335074041057

Regrettably, you were conned into buying a stolen iPhone. Without the Apple ID and password for that iPhone, there's nothing much you can do.

I guess we need to ask... why would you buy an iPhone that was iCloud locked in the first place? As others have stated, the phone is likely stolen and you will receive no help from Apple nor any carrier. Get your money back if you can.

You now own a paperweight. That's how it works. Unless you have a receipt showing the IMEI and listing you as the original owner, Apple will not unlock it. Period.

Get your money back, or live with the unusable device - those are your only options at this point.

As far as I know only the iPhone's original owner can deactivate the iCloud Lock. If the original owner somehow forgot his/her Apple ID and password, can get them back by answering the security questions. If he/she forgot them too, then Apple ID and password can be recovered and the iCloud Locked iPhone is useless.
