I'm sure this has been covered, but I am assuming that iCloud's transition from MobileMe in June of 2012 will not only remove support for webapps and iWeb hosting as we have already heard, but will also drop support for iDisk.

Sorry but documents in the cloud sounds like support for iWork across Mac to iOS devices only, whereas iDisk give user managed directories for whatever the need be, including public/drop folders. I'm sure someone will tell me that DropBox will take care of this for me. But I don't need access to my files on an iPad/iPhone as much as I like having a webaccess to files on my work computer that I uploaded from my home Mac and vice versa.

It's not clear yet what will happen to iDisk. Some reports are saying that iCal invites are showing up as iCloud.com URLs, so iDisk might be transitioned as well. Only time will tell.
