iCloud and Music

When will it be possible to grab a song from my computer using my iPhone? I have way more gigs of music on my computer than my iPhone can handle, so i just want to be able to search a song that is on my computer and listen to it. Not many of my songs are purchased through iTunes, they are burnt from discs, is it still possible to put grab them from the cloud.

Apple is going to release iTunes Match at the end of the month to persons in the US. This feature ($25 a year) will allow you to upload all your songs "into iCloud".

You will then be able to see all your songs on your iOS 5 device and stream/download from the cloud.

If I rip a song from a CD into my iTunes library on my computer will it automatically be pushed (via iCloud) to my phone, or does that require a manual USB sync?
