You view photos on either your iOS devices, or iPhoto or if you have Windows, the folder you specified in the iCloud application.

i have windows...Where is the option to select which folder it goes into?...Only option in icloud I see is reset photostreaming?

If you are under Windows XP, you can't
If you are under Vista or 7, you gonna have to download the installation file to get the iCloud panel
cool thanks guys got it to work...got another question and dont want to start a new thread..
So my photos now get downloaded to my pc automatically into a photo stream folder that i chose....Say 50 pictures are downloaded into that folder, and I delete half of them because they are blurry....i also delete them from my iphone camera roll album on my phone....yet they still stay in my photo stream album in my iphone and i cant delete them??? anyone know how?

correct me if I'm wrong but... every photo will remain on Stream section for 30 days, and you can't choose which one to delete, I think the only option is to purge the entire Stream section.

Correct you can't pick and choose, it just removes them after 30 days
