Ok, I'm trying to figure out the best way to remove the photos from my phone and back them up to iCloud. From what I can tell there is no way to simply back your photos up to iCloud then log on to icloud.com and view those photos (to make sure all of the photos backed up).

As of now, is there any way to see which photos actually get backed up (other than creating a photo stream and manually adding photos to it)?

Also, if I back up all of my photos from my phone to iCloud, delete all of the photos from my phone, then do another phone backup to iCloud, will it erase all of the photos I had previously backed up to iCloud (since I would be be backing up an empty camera roll). My fear is that I would be overwriting my previous back up with an "empty" camera roll back up.
