"iCloud backup failed"

iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2.1 (13D15)

I deleted my backup and then was trying to turn the backup back on. When I try to switch iCloud backups back on it says, "iCloud backup failed." I have deleted backups and do fresh backups before with no problem. This issue has come out after updating to iOS 9.2.1.

Anyone else having this issue?

I downloaded iOS Console to my Mac, from it I was able to determine that it's an internal server error.
