iCloud backup will not complete. I've tried restart, backup off/on, updating latest software.
The only thing left that I've heard is to reset network settings.
I tried to do an iTunes backup, which appeared to work, but it wouldn't backup her apps because she uses a different Apple ID than the one we use on our primary iTunes computer.
Thoughts and suggestions?
This is a real problem, backups are important.
