iCloud backup will not complete. I've tried restart, backup off/on, updating latest software.

The only thing left that I've heard is to reset network settings.

I tried to do an iTunes backup, which appeared to work, but it wouldn't backup her apps because she uses a different Apple ID than the one we use on our primary iTunes computer.

Thoughts and suggestions?

This is a real problem, backups are important.

This is a real problem, backups are important.

It's a known issue. I've had a ticket submitted to the engineers since this past Monday with no answer. For now all you can do is backup with iTunes.

Log off from iCloud, reboot, login again and try backup again.
If it doesn't work, than something is wrong with Apple servers. So patience please :)
