Before I could change the settings, the iPhone backed up a bunch of stuff to the iCloud. I only wanted to do contacts, but it managed to get 2.9 gigs of photos up there.

I don't want anything stored in the iCloud but my contacts, but even when I go into the iPhone iCloud preferences and turn it all off and "delete" the data when it asks, it still shows my iCloud as being over half full.

How can I go about emptying the iCloud of all those photos and videos?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

Think I can go to iCloud settings, storage and backup, mange backup then pick device and there should be a delete option. Then u just need to start again.

Hope this helps!

I believe that's an iTunes change when you have your iPhone connected. Click on your iPhone and under the summary tab there's a selection to backup to iCloud or your computer.
