I just hard reset my iPhone 10 Xs max because the camera wasn’t working properly. It backed up before I could reset and I know it’s been backed up regularly. The problem I’m having is when it comes back to restore from I cloud all that shows is my iPad backup. Is there somewhere that I can find my iPhone backups? What a pain. I have never run into this problem before even when upgrading phones. By the way it didn’t fix the camera problem. 😂

You should go to iCloud > Backups and check whether your iPhone backup exists. If you find it in iCloud settings, you could select the iCloud backup, not the iPad backup when you set up your iPhone. I don't think there's a way to retrieve deleted iCloud backup for you have no way to scan the server.
