iCloud Bookmarks not syncing

I have iCloud Control Panel 3.1 installed on my Windows PC to sync my desktop bookmarks to my iPhone. Chrome, however, does not work. And new bookmarks I add do not sync to my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the control panel couple times now. Internet Explorer bookmarks sync just fine. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Chrome extension too.. Any ideas? Using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.103 m 32bit.

Hi, I am having the same problem with bookmarks not syncing between my comp and phone. My problem started when I clicked the apple update pop up and updated my icloud. it was working fine until them. I also reintalled, logged out/in etc, nothing seems to be working.

I have a related problem as well. I use both Windows and Mac. Chrome for Mac vetoes my iCloud bookmarks extension that I install on Windows Chrome rendering iCloud Control Panel useless.

Edit: Workaround is that in Chrome Sync settings, you choose what to sync and disable extensions. That way, iCloud Bookmarks extension will only be installed on Windows and not on the Mac.
