Icloud Button in Safari and iPad

Not sure if I have misread this but if I have tabs open on my iPad should I be ale to see them when I press the iCloud button in Safari 6. If so can anyone explain how to get it working.

So fr so good with ML, just need to figure out how to stop this Whoosh sound which I think I have tracked it down to Messages

Oh fine here's your fish: messages -> preferences -> alerts -> buddy becomes unavailable -> turn off sound.
