Me and my wife share calendars on Google/exchange on our iDevices. They show up in calendars with our names so its easy to see (besides the colors) which is which. iCloud creates a Home and Work calendars as a default. For those who share via iCloud, what calendar names do you use? I don't need a work calendar but should we re-name the Home calendar to our names?

We use our first names followed by what the calendar for the most part. Like Mike Work. And our shared is both out names. I also have a Golf Calendar that I share with people I play Golf with.

d21Mike, I like the Golf calendar. Problem for me is my buddies don't use iCloud and public sharing is not working to Google or Hotmail. Keep getting robots.txt stuff.

I just found out about the robots.txt problem a few minutes ago and posted on the other thread. Crazy.

And the strange thing is Yahoo calendar works fine. Apple targeting Google; can't sync both services at the same time, and can't share iCloud cal to Google. WOW

It appears that Windows Live Calendar is also working but I do not know when it does a Refresh. It has been hours with no Refresh. How frequently does Yahoo Refresh the Calendar? Is there a Refresh Now Button? With the iCal App you can say how frequently you want the Subscribed Calendar to Refresh.

I'm not sure about Live/Hotmail refresh. On Yahoo there should be a small "refresh" arrow to the right of the shared calendar name, and it works.
