I use Apple products for my business and pay for extra iCloud space. Normally on the 17th or so I get an email from Apple showing the charge, which I save as a PDF since this is a business expense. This month they never sent the email but they did charge me and I need proof of the charge.
After looking around, it seems as if I have to download iTunes in order to look at my billing history, is that true?
That seems insane. People complain about Apple and I usually shrug it off. But to force me to download, install, and use a program just to see the charges that they billed me for something completely outside of that program is absolutely horrendous. There is no reason that they can't just put it on their website.
