I really like the new design on beta.icloud.com. But there are still some open possibilities, Apple should add some more apps. My wishlist:

Maps - access bookmarks in the iCloud
iMessage
Photostream / shared photostreams with ability to download/upload
iTunes match / iTunes in the cloud

Maps - They got a new App on OSX, so hopefully someday it will come to the web as well
iMessage - I wish too
Photostream - Well if you publish to web, they are still accessible (no uploads though) and have a different URL separate from iCloud Home
iTunes Match/Cloud - Doubt it highly
