icloud.com doesnt show shared and subscribed calendars, iphone&ipad does

on my calendar on iphone i have added my wife's iphone calendar, and also a subscribed google calendar (my football team's fixtures)

when i go into icloud.com it only shows my calendars. how do i add the others? im guessing for the wifes i could go into her icloud.com and send the calendar as a share.

the subscribed calendar is
webcal://www.google.com/calendar/ical/m6tjlir92n38m4aonclglhcrkg%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

also my reminders, on my phone i have my wife's reminders, on icloud.com i dont.

If I remember correctly, I had added a subscribed calendar from google to my iMac which syncs with iCloud ... then i started showing on web iCloud Calendar as well ... Adding from iphone only adds to the phone

ah ill try deleting it and adding it to my mac.
