Every time I have called AppleCare they say it's a known issue and a fix should be available within the day.

The problem is the "app" on icloud.com won't even launch entirely. It starts to and then goes back to icloud.com and says that the Mail app stopped responding with a very, very long message that you can submit for them to improve (the same way if an app crashes on a Mac).

But the known problem the AppleCare reps mention seems to be about slow mail. I've tried to be clear that this is the iCloud.com mail "app" not loading at all and would like to give them the error report details, but they say it's the same known issue. They say that the mail being slow is what's causing it to crash.

I'm paying $10 a month for iCloud Plus, and they don't seem to have real customer service for the products. The icloud.com mail app also crashed during the beta period. I've tried it on different browsers on different devices.

I'm having iCloud photos issues, as well, but that's a different thread.
