Hi there,

I've got a client who has 3 iMacs and 3 windows machines. They all log into the same icloud.com website to access the photo library.

Randomly, one of the machines will log out the webpage and bring the window back to the login page.

This happens on the Macs and PC's and with different browsers. The 'keep me signed in' button is clicked on all machines.

Not all machines log out at the same time, just as and when they feel like it.

Any suggestions as to why this might be happening ?

I've never seen anything about limits (number of simultaneous users) on iCloud web browser access so I don't know if there's something mysterious happening there. Six browsers from the same IP location kinda seems out of the realm of ordinary use with one iCloud account.

A call to Apple may shed some light.

I wonder if you'd see the same random logouts if the iCloud photo library were shared between multiple iCloud accounts.

Basically my customer uses a handful of iPads to take images that get uploaded to the 2TB plan of iCloud.

They use the web browsing version of iCloud to view the pictures because using the built in iCloud in the operating system was causing too many network slow downs.

Browser based works so much better (for them)

The 'log outs' is a relatively new thing, been happening for a few months now.

I'll speak to Apple and see if they can shed any light on the matter.
