My MBP is about to head in for some upgrades (the guy who does the work is backed up and lives an hour away). So, I'm going to be using my wife's 2015 MBP 2.5i7 512ssd (heck of a machine that I bought legitimately for $1,100.00 a year ago thanks to a friend owning a pawn shop), which means I need to use the iCloud.com drive to access docs/templates for stuff I draft as part of my job.

Well, Houston, we have a problem. I cannot get the damn folder to open. Each time I receive a "there was a problem loading the content of this folder" message. I have tried from my MBP, her MBP and the iMac at my office.

I need this access. Can someone please help me?

iCloud services were offline during part of today, so I imagine that is why you were unable to access iCloud files. Try accessing them now. Apple support site says all services should be up and running. Good luck!

Thank you.

I forgot to add that I was able to access other iCloud features, just not the document drive.

I spent an hour on the phone with Apple support and spoke to multiple people. They could not determine the issue. I have a call set up with “engineers” at 6:00 pm EDT Monday.

Second update: drive still doesn’t work. Paralegal checked her iCloud.com drive, and it doesn’t work. She called her husband, and he can’t access his iCloud.com drive.

All of us are able to access the drive via finder if the computer is logged into an iCloud, but the iCloud.com access is not working.

Hmm....That is very strange. I honestly don't know what to tell you. I would recommend contacting Apple Support and relaying your issue to them.

Yeah. Hence the hour on the phone with them Friday and the 6pm call with engineers today.
