iCloud contact not appearing on Mac?

I think I have everything set up correctly but maybe I'm missing something? I know I have contacts on my iPhone that are not appearing on my MacBook Pro in either the Messages app or even the Contacts app. I am logged into the same iCloud account on both devices. I have contacts enabled in iCloud on both devices. What did I miss?
