iCloud iCloud Custom Domain - not getting notifications on my Mac

Hi all!

I'm using iCloud+ and Custom Domain. On iOS it all works fine, but on my Mac (iMac and MBA, latest OS) I'm not getting notifications if I get an email on my custom domain address. If I can an email to any other iCloud mail address, the notification is there. It is just not working for the custom domain and wondering if anyone is experiencing something similar.

All I can see is a badge on the app icon that I have a new email for this custom domain.

Updated my iMac to 12.4, but I still have this problem - not getting notifications for my custom domain. Not sure what to do. Maybe restore iCloud Mail? Not sure...

Not just you. I don't get notifications on any of my devices. The any emails sent to my custom domain email addresses reach the folder for my domain that's listed under iCloud in the mailbox list, but don't show up in the iCloud inbox or in All Inboxes. It's super frustrating. I'm gonna contact support if I can't find a fix.

Strange. I get all my emails to my custom domain, but only the badge shows up, with no notification alert. But, finally, I have found something that is working for me now.

I've reset my Mail app by taking the step on this site:

After the Mail app reset notifications started to work. Maybe it will also fix your problem, but not sure. Make sure to do a backup first.

Glad you found a fix! I'll try that and see if it helps me. I was also getting the little badge next to the folder but no badge on the Mail app icon either. Weird stuff. I wonder if this solution will fix the notifications on my iPhone too.
