iCloud device list - Find my iPhone

Here is another weird issue I just noticed. If I’m on my iPad and go to the iCloud device drop down and click on my iPhone, it says find my iPhone is off. Same if I check from my phone and look at my iPad. It says my iPad find my is off. Anyone else seeing this?

I’ve seen this in the past, but it was temporary.

Just strange...so many little things are broken right now, its frustrating.
