Is it just me or is this not working as expected for anyone.

I thought I would be able to start a document with Pages on my Mac and then save that document and open Pages on the iPad and it would be automatically there for me to continue working on? That doesn't seem to be the case.

Does Apple need to update iWork on the Mac for iCloud or is it always going to be like this?
