iCloud Drive Encrypted Folders

Setting up my new iPad and in iCloud Drive I don't see folders that I can see from my other devices. I go into the settings app > manage storage and I see this with all the folders as being marked as encrypted:

Any idea what I need to do to access them? I logged out of iCloud and back in with no luck.

Exactly the same issue here with new iPad Mini 6 (configured as new!)

Solved misteriously. Actually I was calling Apple through the Apple Support app and when opening Files all folders were there LOL

I woke up today with the issue resolved. It must’ve have been some sort of iCloud issue.
