I have a Mac running Yosemite (DP7) and my iPads running iOS 8 GM. It seems the iPads can talk to each other and sync, but going between my iMac and the iPads is intermittent at best. Forgive me if this is a known-issue, but I'm a little confused. I tried all I could think of - reboots, signing out of iCloud, etc. Is there something I could be missing? The particular apps I'm trying to use are Mindnode Pro, Spectrum and Byword, if that matters. Thanks!

You are asking about an issue with a feature that is in Beta. Issues are to be expected. Especially with apps that aren't updated for the new OS since Apple doesn't allow app updates for the new OS to be in the stores until the OS is public.

When Yoesomite comes out later this year I will then setup my iCloud Drive
on all of my devices, since right I'm fine with . Right now just with my iCloud I have 55 GB of storage, and I did get a email from apple saying that they are giving me 200 GB of storage, so I have enough when I setup the iCloud Drive.
