I see all the hype with this iCloud Drive. Can someone point me in the right direction on how it works in detail? What is the privacy and security like? Also, can someone show me all I need to do in order to set it up on Yosemite and IOS 8.1?

iCloud Drive - How it works? How do i setup Yosemite and IOS 8.1 to use iCloud Drive?

I'm not sure on the privacy and security side of things, but setting it up should be a matter of logging in when you upgraded to iOS8.1 (if you didn't do this on setup, then go in to the iCloud Drive tab in your settings and go from there). It should already be set up as a matter of course on Yosemite, but again if it isn't then go into System Preferences -> iCloud and enable iCloud Drive. It will then prompt you for your iCloud username and password.
On Yosemite it will then show in your Finder on the left, and on iOS it will automatically show any files in iCloud within the app.

Privacy and Security
Thanks for the help. Wish someone would post more info on the security and privacy of iCloud Drive, but I know it is new and maybe someone will post a reply later on. This info would be helpful because if iCloud Drive is a cool as Apple says it is then I can move all my data from Google Drive which we all know is horrible with Privacy.
