iCloud Drive not viewable?

Hi there, my iCloud Drive is showing an odd view in finder of my drive. It's re-titled "iCloud Drive - (data scope) and all the folders look like below. Anyone else have this issue?

It turns out disabling iCloud Drive and re-enabling it did the trick for now.
 
Welp, problem is back after an hour. Not sure what's going on.
