I have the 200GB monthly subscription and currently using over 112GBs. All which were files in folders such as pics and vids and documents and dragged from my external hard drive into the iCloud Drive pane on the OS X finder.

I just did a fresh restore on my iPad and the iCloud Drive app is not showing any files aside from "keynote, pages, numbers and preview"

I'll most likely be erasing and reinstalling OS X on this MBP that houses the 112GBs and be selling it on eBay; therefore it's important that I am able to view and access these files/folders from my iOS 9.2 iPad (3rd gen).

Just checked and iCloud.com from a web browser recognizes the files and the folders... however iPad on iOS 9.2 does not. My iPhone 4 can't go past 7.2 so theres that.

9.2 is BETA. Dont use beta on anything you absolutely need. iPhone 4 speaks for itself- cant access the icloud drive app.
