iCloud Drive Pricing

I want to start using the iCloud Drive but will need to purchase more space. Are the options they outlined during the keynote not available yet? (I think it was 200GB for $3.99 a month or something like that). It it still listing the old pricing structure/options.

Not till the full release. iCloud drive is still in development and apple is known to delete all cloud data during the testing phase.
My suggestion, use it but keep backups as it is highly likely that they will wipe before release.
