Though I made the dumb mistake in opting in on this iCloud Drive, even though I have Yosemite PB 3 installed, anyone know why it still does not work, or do we still have to wait until the official release ? I don't have an iOS device.

From the OS X Yosemite Beta Guide:
The “Share link via iCloud” feature and the iCloud.com web app is disabled for Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

There's nothing you can do. None of the iWork Web Apps will work at this time if you have enabled iCloud Drive. Whether they will work tomorrow or not has not been announced yet so there is no way to know.

Well it works for me.

You have enabled iCloud Drive on that account? And you've tried creating, opening or deleting a file from the Pages/Numbers/Keynote web apps?

Because yes, the very first time you try, the web app will open just fine. But then, when you try to create a new document, or to make any change, you'll be taken back to the home page with the message saying "Due to account maintenance, ___ is unavailable".
