We have two users in the house - User A and User B

We have two computers in the house - Mac A and Mac B

2 iCloud accounts - userA@me.com and userb@icloud.com

2 iphones - Phone A and Phone B

I would like to have it so that anytime I click on "iCloud drive" in the finder window the actual iCloud drive has everything from phone a, phone b, mac a, mac b.

For example, pictures 1-100 are on user A's phone and pictures 101-200 are on user B's phone, but if I click on iCloud drive in finder on either computer all pictures 1-200 show up.

Is this possible

I don't think that it's possible because each user at the mac computer work with only one apple id user.

Use family share?

Of course family sharing does not work. Tried to set it up and it says that user is part of another family. Not sure how since I set it up and her computer does not even have yosemite on it. I have no clue how to check what family she is part of.
