I can send emails but emails are not pushing in. I set up my new @me.com email by going to... Settings > iCloud > Mail: ON > made a new @me.com email. Every time I go press on the Mail icon to open it up it says... The user name or password for "iCloud" is incorrect.

What I have tried is deleting the whole account under iCloud. Also tried putting in my new @me.com as the apple ID. Nothing seems to be working I still get that message. Anyone else there has gotten this message and came up with a solution for it? Help appreciated as I'm stumped. If there is anyone else that is having this issue jump in, hopefully we can fix this.

I am having the very same problem, I know i am typing in the right password and @me user name because it is allowing me to log into https://me.com/.

Try it yourself. It's pissed me off now  and i have tried sending mail to it but it fails to deliver.

This entire launch has been a complete cluster****.

iCloud failing to migrate all kinds of data for users. Many others left frustrated as iCloud migration tool informs the service is too busy to do anythiung. The delivery and installation of iOS 5 updates so many issues reported across all supported devices. Lost apps, app data, failed backup restoration. Worse still, I'm seeing plenty of reports of bricked iPhone and iPads. On the Mac side, 10.7.2 updates rendering some Macs unbootable after they failed to install.

Whoever made the call to deliver all these software updates at the same time wants firing. Utterly ridiculous decision that must have strained Apple's servers and network to the limit yesterday.

They can't even get the shipment of iPhone pre-orders right. I ordered my 64GB iPhone 4GS at 5:45pm last week and have received shipment confirmation. While many others who ordered the same model several hours earlier still have no sign they will get their order delivered tomorrow.

Months and months of planning for all this and its turned into a complete fiasco.

Can you acess the mail from the iCloud webpage?
I'm having other problem with iCloud, it isn't pushing any mail.

I can't, it simply says an error has happened, and when i try and report the problem, the page reloads by itself.

I guess the only option is to wait for Tim to call the iCloud team to the town hall, and from what I see, it should be soon;)
