iCloud email on macOS slow with errors lately

Has anyone else been having some issues with iCloud email on macOS for the past week or so? I've been getting lots of errors when moving/deleting emails, and delays in new emails loading as well.

Yes - ever since updating to 10.14.4

I haven't been having issues for about a week now, since maybe a few days after my initial posting. Everything on both iOS and macOS has been working nicely around iCloud mail.
